ANDREY GORDEEV IS NEW YORK LOTTERY CAMPAIGN

Our artist Andrey Gordeev was recently commissioned by DDB New York to create a series of illustrations for the New York Lottery's new “Pay Me!” campaign. The campaign debuted earlier this month and the images appear with the copy "Get an extra payday, without the extra job." The idea was to show that playing the lottery is easier than working two jobs.

The posters feature a dentist who is also a tattoo artist, an ice cream man who works as an EMT and a funeral director who doubles as a magician. They can be seen at various NYC outlets such as subways, bus shelters, and phone kiosks. Take a look at his development process for each scene and the finished narrative below.
