We're burning with excitement to announce that Mendola Artists' 2014 calendar is officially available! With a wonderful collection of thirteen artists, we can’t wait for you to start the New Year with a fresh dose of creativity. Each illustration was chosen to coordinate with a particular month, including a Q&A from each illustrator. WELCOME TIM BOELAARS TO MENDOLA ARTISTS

Several spot illustrations for ESPN the Magazine for articles about women in sports.

We’re excited to introduce our newest illustrator, Tim Boelaars, who specializes in icons, brand identity, logo and packaging design. Tim was named ADC Young Gun in 2012, recognizing him as one of the industry's exceptionally talented creatives. He is known for his 'sharp simplicity' and 'conceptual clarity.' He has worked with a variety of well-known clients in his short time as a freelance illustrator, including Target, Google, The New Yorker, Leo & Burnett, Wired UK, and Fortune, to name a few.

Tim has numerous talents including his work as a designer, curator, and photographer. We’re so excited to have Tim as part of our team—check out his work below!

A series of 5 illustrations for Fortune Magazine used to clarify the timeline of computer processors, going from old to new. Each robot character represents a different processor.

Five Mendola artists were selected to work with Oregon Shakespeare Festival on the promotional materials for their 2014 season. OSF provided photographs of the actors for each production, and our talented artists created their interpretations of the specific plays. John Rowe's headless horseman was created for Disney Fine art limited edition prints.

off the 1922 German Expressionist film. 





Mick McGinty's illustration was for the cover of a video game called 'Goosebumps."
The character is based off the paperback books written for children. 
Dan Sipple created an unnerving scene for Papayrus 
greeting cards.
Digital Progression created this cheery character
for a few DOOM 3 video games. 
Matthew Cook's black cat "Kichia"loves to sleep 
all day and prowls around at night getting into trouble.
Kirsten Ulve created a Dracula
image for a collection of pop-up
cards for Up With Paper. 


Neil Duerden created this illustration as part of an alpha typography project that was illustrated within a two week period. 

Christian Slade's image was part of the
monthly series he illustrates for
'Rick and Pals' story in Rick Jr. Magazine. 
Charlie Hill illustrated the Headless Horseman,
one of his favorite Disney villains.
